Wildcats Bite Jackets, Advance To Day 2

Game 3 Women : Rabun County (GA) 61 Hayesville (NC) 25
(Towns County, GA) – – Rabun County took the lead and rolled past the Hayesville Yellow Jackets in the Game 3 Women’s meeting 61-to-25. The Wildcats shot well and kept the tempo upbeat through the first half establishing a 2-to-1 scoring lead until the second half. Hayesville struggled to find its shot and slow down Rabun County’s fast paced motion offense. Rabun County led at the half 26-to-13. Rabun County led at the end of the third period 39-to-16 and poured on 22 points in the fourth with ease. Rabun County’s Lucy Hood led all scorers with 16 points.
Thursday Games : Hayesville will play in the 2:30 PM game on Thursday. Rabun County will play in the 8:30 PM winner’s bracket game.
