Donald Lowen Kephart, age 82 of Murphy, NC passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at his residence. He was the son of the late Robert Harve and Nellie White Kephart. Donald was a mechanic for Cherokee County School System and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his son, Donald Harvey Kephart; daughter, Tenia Gibson; companion, Georgia Hughes; sisters, Edna Lovingood and Zelda Decker; grandchildren, Marcus Kephart, Sean Kephart and Donovan Byers; niece, Diane Holloway; nephews, Donnie Lovingood and Dwight Kephart and several great nieces and nephews.
