Dorothy Ann Allison, age 68 of Brasstown, NC passed away Monday, October 7, 2019 at North East GA Medical Center.
She was born in Cherokee County, NC to the late Hobert and Inez Holloway Morrow. Dorothy worked as a fast food manager. She loved listening to gospel music and was a member of Moccasin Creek Baptist Church. Dorothy loved spending time with her husband and her dog, Buddy.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Morrow and one sister, Mary Lou Morrow.
She is survived by her husband, Willis Allison; one daughter, Connie Roberts and husband Jim; one brother, Charles Morrow and wife Karen; three sisters, Jean Brown, Linda Ledford and Diane Freeman; one granddaughter, Whitney Roberts.
Funeral Services will be held at 3 pm, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy. Rev. Jimmy Morrow will officiate. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be William Freeman, Preston Cabe, Jeff Allison, Devin Morrow, Anthony Morrow and Kenny Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Ledford and Randy Cheeks.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home in Murphy.
