Jackie Sue Breedlove Craven: Obituary

Jackie Sue Breedlove Craven, 66 of Huntsburg passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Hospice House. Born November 15, 1952 in Macon County, North Carolina to Faye and Jackson Breedlove, she was raised in Bedford Hts., OH and a graduate of Bedford High School. Her main goal for life was to be a mother. Jackie married Robert Craven on April 24, 1971 at Bedford Assembly of God. They relocated to Clovis, New Mexico until 1973, moving back to Bedford Hts., and started their family. In 1976, they moved to more open spaces, Huntsburg Township in Geauga County. With love and devotion, her dreams were fulfilled. She cherished family, God and his creatures, with her favorite raccoon collection in every room. Before and after raising her family, she was employed as a secretary, clerk and photo developer for several companies. She excelled in cooking, baking, sewing, arts and crafts, writing children books, and reading the Bible.

Preceding Jackie in death were her parents and her grandparents.

Jackie is survived by her beloved husband Robert of 47 years, her two daughters, Cheri (Vernon) Thacker and Jennifer (Christopher) Bezzeg, her son Brian (Laura) Craven, her brother George (Doris) Presley, and her 6 loving grandchildren, Leo Thacker, Nicholas Thacker, Christopher Bezzeg, Jackson Bezzeg, Brenton Craven, and Bryanna Craven.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM with a Funeral Service to follow on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Sly Family Funeral Home, 15670 West High St., Middlefield, OH 44062. On Monday, December 31, 2018, the family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM at Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews. Burial will follow at 11:30 AM in Aquone Community Cemetery, NC.
